Buyer reserves the right to a full refund or replacement, if the item is known to take longer than 6 months to shipping time. There are times; control of these services may not mirror our company’s standards. We promise to repair, amend or revise our policies, should we find that any of our supplies jeopardize the quality of our services. We rely on our customers and clients to inform or report the quality of services of our “partners”, if satisfied or unsatisfied for any reason.

W&A Interior consultant and FFPEG, claims to serve as Broker/Dealer. All sales are final as the customer would have decided what items to purchase, thus there are no exchanges, once purchased. In the case, of damages, should any NEW item arrive damaged for any reason, we will pay to ship the item back to the manufacturer and replace the item. Item will ship based on availability.
